Taking a Minute to Pat Ourselves on the Back

Everyone knows upset guests are motivated to write complaint reviews, but it takes special effort for guests to take time to write a positive review. So, it’s especially appreciated when guests take that time out from their travels to give feedback.  


And every once in a while, we pat ourselves on the back for all the hard work the staff put in to make the guest experience a good one.  

We thought we’d take a second to share some of our favorite recent shout-outs. After all, a little self-love (and a lot of guest-love) goes a long way!

It isn’t just about a bed (though our privacy panels and outlets in every locker certainly help!). We think it’s the combination of our historic 1880s building, our vibrant community kitchen, and our commitment to being an inclusive safe space for everyone.
