  • The is not a long-term residential facility. We are designated a hotel and only provide extended short term stays depending on availability. We reserve the right to terminate the guest relationship at any time for any reason, except those protected by statute. 

  • Guests are not allowed visitors within the facility, nor is smoking/vaping, illegal drugs or weapons allowed. Any violations are subject to immediate termination. 

  • Many spaces are shared. We expect guests to keep their area tidy, maintain a sanitary environment and respect the rights, opinions and boundaries of other guests.

  • We have limited space for belongings. Guests are not allowed to bring in furniture or linens.

  • All guests must agree to our registration agreement to be allowed to stay.
